I started a similar thread this time last year and it was quite interesting...

1. What team do you support?

2. What were your expectations at the start of the season?

3. What are your expectations now?

For me:

1. Rangers

2. Win SPL, or at the very least give Celtic a good fight. Win one domestic cup and get to at least the last 16 of the UEFA Cup.

3. Come a comfortable 2nd in the SPL and produce some performances that give some hope for next season. Get to the last 4 of UEFA.

1. Hearts

2. Improvement on last season e.g. either consolidation of second place in the SPL or possibly (in my wildest dreams) winning it and hopefully winning a cup or two.

3. Finish in third or remain in fourth still with the possibility of doing something in the remaining cup Hearts are in. Since Romanov appears determined to shoot himself in the foot at every given opportunity then I think this is about as much as I can hope for. :)

1. Newcastle

2. I only really had one expectation and it was to finish at least 7th or above, which would have been an improvement on last season.

3. To watch us win on MOTD. Nah seriously, I'd be happy if we put all our effort into the remaining games and finish in the top part of the table. I mean just look at our ending positions in the last 4 seasons.

2001/2002 - 4th place
2002/2003 - 3rd place
2003/2004 - 5th place
2005/2006 - 7th place

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but they are pretty reasonable places to finish at the end of the season, I just hoped with position places like that we could have done a hell of a lot better this season.

1. Spurs

2. Narrow the gap on the top 4, good cup run(s)

3. Qualify for Europe again, if not through the league then through a cup win.

1. What team do you support?
Milan.

2. What were your expectations at the start of the season?
League & good CL run.

3. What are your expectations now?
4th Spot & good CL run.

Mancheser United.

1- To close the gap on Chelsea, and to not drop the kind of stupid, stupid points we did last season.

2- To Close the gap on Chelsea and to not drop the kind of stupid points we did last season.

We wont win the league, we just dont have the firepower dammit!!

1. Man Utd

2. Give Chelsea a run for their money in the EPL, do well in the F.A Cup, get to the last 16 in the CL.

3. Finish inside the top 2 places (preferably top one ;)), get to the F.A Cup final, reach the semi final stage of the CL. And keep up the good overall performances shown so far this season.

You missed out 2003/04 and somehow you moved up nine places in 2004/05. :D

1. Middlesbrough
2. Mid table finish and the deadwood left behind by McClaren to be cleared out
3. Mid table finish with the other half of the deadwood cleared out by next week please.

3) 1st! Cheer up you miserable gits who've posted before.
Take of your stupid goggles. :p

I'll cheer up if and when we do win it but there are a lot of hard fixtures before the end of the season. If Chelsea get back into their form of winning almost every game even when they play poor then we wont have a chance.

There's 14 games left, there's no way the current Chelsea side will win them all. If we can string a few wins together it will soon look beyond Chelsea, especially if our game with them is rescheduled for the end of the season.

1. What team do you support? = Chelsea

2. What were your expectations at the start of the season? =2nd or 3rd place in the PL (we're not good enough for PL³) plus one of the other 3 major trophies.

3. What are your expectations now? = See above, although we won't be winning the CL this year, only good teams win that, Liverpool excepted of course
