Hello,

I got a headset from OC few months ago (March), it was great and the cable was supposed to be better than others + 2 Years Warranty.

Anyways, few days ago the sound got messed up and I couldn't hear a thing unless I pushed or twisted the cable at the little volume/mute control thing on the cable.

Since it was just a few months old I submitted a ticket for support at Corsair's web site, which does say they'd get back to you in 24 hrs, but it has been days, nothing at all.

Just wondering if anyone else has experience with them, and know of a better way to deal with them?

Thank you

I did my RMA through the web site, was all smooth. I'd recommend sending their support an e-mail, should be able to chase it up for you then. My only issue with them was that I had to send my PSU to the Netherlands :p

Contact them again, bearing in mind if you contacted them a few days ago that includes the weekend.

It's really excellent imo, up there with logitech. Got PSU cables (which I lost) replaced for free, shipped in express air mail from Asia. Someone else on this forums got his case replaced because one of the non-user replaceable bits stopped working.

same here - best ever RMA experience.

Shipped my broken PSU to them on the monday via UPS 2 day delivery and by Friday I had a brand new PSU without any questions.

I bought the psu from the members market, they didn't ask for receipts or anything and very fast turnaround.

Thank you guys, they sound alright.

I've updated the ticket at their site so maybe that'll ring a bell some where and they'll reply!

My experience from Corsair - I bought this from OcUK and after a year and a half of ownership it stopped working. It wouldn't register on any of the USB ports on any of my systems.

Thought I'd chance my luck and emailed Corsair themselves, turns out there's a ten year warranty on USB drives . Ended up having to post the drive off to the Netherlands but just over a week later they sent me a brand new one :D

I did my RMA on a PSU through OcUK.

I sent the PSU to OcUK and a few weeks later they sent me a new one (I assume that inbetween OcUK sent my dead PSU to Corsair, who then sent a new PSU to OcUK).
