Experiences of RepairTech?

Just had a Hanns.G 28" TFT monitor exchanged by RepairTech under a 3 year warranty. My original monitor had an intermittent fault, the monitor they sent me worked(mostly) for an evening and now doesn't display a picture at all. I have dual Hanns.G monitors and this is the second time they've exchanged one of my non-working monitors for one of their own non-working replacements.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with RepairTech? They seem like a bunch of jokers. </rant>

Just had my BenQ FP241W replaced by them ...

I get the impression they have lots of faulty units from customers, that they've never managed to fix properly, which they then send out again as replacements.
