I think it does, as it has a safe mode setting if you go too mad.

No setting lower then 50% I assume your hearing has gone down by the same

I can't bear anything higher then 35%.

well seeing as it was 100 before half that is better dont ya think.i have speakers on pretty loud so it doesnt bother me anyways

ideally i'd love to tweak it to 33 cool enough then at 50% i can actually hear it lol
