Experts: whats the difference between Opera mini and the main Opera

I have been using Bitwarden while it's great on my phone Laptop and computer running Chrome and Firefox , not so great on my Samsung Tab, it is running on a old android version most websites don't produce the autofill when using Chrome. It also doesn't on Opera but if I use Opera mini then it auto fills every website.

I had been using Firefox and that also worked fine but it seems to be slow and buggy on android.

It's been a long time since I looked at Opera Mini but if I remember correctly, it actually compresses everything on their servers first before sending it over to your phone. So it's great if you have a tiny data allowance, but in terms of privacy I wouldn't feel comfortable with that.

Thanks so it's a bit weird then if mini works better with Bitwarden than the main version.
