Expired Creatine

I stopped using my creatine a while back, and decided to use it again today. Picked up the bottle and its 3 month out of date. Now had a quick google and most people are saying they're still using stuff months out of date, and its not a case of it making you ill, more of its effectiveness being changed. But even thats not definite. Some are saying its perfectly fine

I'm happy to take them still, they're in Capsule form too, so its not like the powder is going to have been sat open to the air.

What are your thoughts?

Also, I can buy some more, just half a bottle is a lot to waste

As long as it's been kept somewhere dry then it should be fine.

I don't know man. I've heard experienced people tell me that the best creatine is fresh. That's why some people go for the smaller packages instead of saving money in bulk.
