Hi son is looking to upgrade and worried about expo and if he needs this for a B650E-F and a 7800X3D, he would like 2x32Gb white rgb sticks, so any help with this please ?

You don't need it, you can run boring old green JEDEC sticks and you can run XMP sticks, but I'd recommend getting a kit on the QVL if you choose XMP. XMP kits much above 6000 are more likely to be problematic.
