There's a likelihood that adding an additional NVME drive will disable some of the SATA ports. Your manual should advise you of this.

Sorry just seen your link. So if you install a PCI-E drive, a NVME one into your secondary NVME slot SATA ports 3.1 & 3.2 will be disabled.

You could run a M.2 drive in one of your PCI-E slots using an adapter if you need to keep all the SATA drives. The two 4x (16x long) slots on your board are only PCI-E 3.0 standard however, and you *may* lose lanes from your main 16x slot that your GPU goes into, worth checking up further.

According to the picture to which you link you can add a M.2 SATA drive but not a M.2 NVME drive.

But really, how about taking the opportunity to consolidate your SATA drives? You can get 22 TB drives these days, and OCUK will sell you one for £530.

Thanks all for the help looks like the next purchase will be an psi card later on when my current drive fill up

The way I read the image from your manual, M2M_SB is the only M.2 slot that has any influence on your SATA ports, so if you just avoid this one, you can install up to 3 M.2 drives (or rather, 2 additional drives) and have no conflicts.
