I thought the blue (bottom one was 8Gb but bios shows different?
Thanks

From the labels I would assume 4GB (top) and 8GB (bottom), so if you have a pair of each then the BIOS would be correct?

I'd agree - Corsair's labelling always seems a bit confusing, as the model number always references the total kit capacity, and they always list the total kit capacity before the individual module capacity.

Thanks should explain more as I posted off the phone. Nephew said he had 16Gb top ones and had ordered another 16Gb bottom ones. So two top and two bottom and asked me as the total when added to his pc was 24Gb. So thanks I can now explain he has two 4Gb old ones top photo with the blue strip and his two new ones are 8Gb bottom with yellow strip.
Thanks

That's right - and the same bit of the label explains both pairs (2x4GB and 8x8GB) so he's got two 4GB and two 8GB as you've said.

Thanks all explained this to him and he is not happy as he has been running this pc for years thinking he had 2x8Gb sticks
