I'm not sure if I'm being dense but this all seems quite confusing to me :o I recently got bored of constantly buying books from my local charity shops or Ebay, so I signed up to my local library and at the librarian's recommendation got up and running with the Libby app. I have a list of ~ 100 books I want to read on Goodreads. Is the idea that I just place a hold on all of them on Libby? I've done that for like 4 and got a few notifications within a few weeks that my "holds" are ready. So if I add ~100 books I'm going to be inundated with books right? (NB: Talking about paperbacks here, not ebooks)

I think I'm just not 100% sure what a hold is? :p Because one time it said your book is ready to borrow, another time it said something else. Am I doing it right? And what happens if I buy an Ereader that supports Libby (that's what the librarian did and said it was great -- I'm tempted!)

For those that use your local library with Libby how many books do you place on hold and is there an easy way to manage your lists with Goodreads? (Doesn't appear so.. I'm just copy/pasting that list of books into Libby currently...)
