Has anyone had one of these go bang on them before? Mine just did, rather load bang, and a nice smell of burning. Cant imagine why it suddenly decided to commit suicide.

Think i might get a Zalman as its replacement.

Just went bang, motor blew as theres a large scorch mark on the back of the plastic. Probably is still under warranty, not sure i can be bothered sending it back to them though.

And yes, PC parts do tend to try and blow themselves up around me:p
 
I was sat in front of it fortunately, i was worried it may of fried the fan header on the card, but its still working with the stock sink.

If the warranty involves sending the card to them, it'll probably be just as cheap getting a zalman VF700. And a lot quicker.
