i turned on my computer today, and i found that the first message i got was "Windows Explorer.exe has crashed" so i restarted explorer.exe and the same happened again. so i went and typed "regedit" into search, and when i clicked on the icon i got a message saying " the extended attributes are inconsistent". What do i do? please help

Just in case anybody wanted specs:

Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.0ghz
8GB RAM
2X 250GB SeaGate Barracuda HDD
700 W PSU

(Also, the copy of Windows 7 is fake...)

1. run a disk check

2. if that is ok , open a dos window as admin and type
sfc /scannow

see what it comes back with
