I have some data dvd's that I'm trying to copy to my pc but windows 7 keeps getting stuck on certain files and then when I try to stop the transfer the window doesn't respond and I have to eject the disk, but when I use photorec it recovers all the files from the dvd with no errors, so why does windows keep failing to copy the files?
