Explorer keeps crashing

Lately my explorer and firefox keep crashing. Below is the error i receive.
Could it be my NOD32 antivirus that is messing things up? its the only thing i remember that i changed on my OS.

sounds like dodgy ram..

try a different stick if you have one? run memtest too
