Export playlist from iPod?

Basically the playlists I have created are only on my iPod, so if I sync it with my new comp then it will get rid of them. Is there anyway I can capture the playlist from my iPod and put them in iTunes?

Is this the right forum for this, can't see what it has to do with Linux, OS X and Open Source? Maybe GD, Windows or Music forums?

It's got everything to do with OS X.
