Anyone know how can I export my favorties from firefox to IE7? Also is there a way to back them up and move them to another computer running firefox?

Thanks.

Bookmarks -> Organise bookmarks... -> File -> Export...

That'll work for either option, but if you want to transfer more than just your bookmarks to another Fx install, you could copy your profile folder (which lives at %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\) on to the other machine.

Presumably, this wouldn't work from PC to Mac?

If not, how can I transfer all my PC FF extensions ect, to Mac FF?

Yup, it will work fine.

The first one's trivial (export, copy to the other machine, import), and the only difficulty you should have copying the profile is working out where Fx stores it's profile on the Mac.

Going to computer to computer, or just backing up to avoid loss, the free program MozBackup is about the best as it covers not only favourites for add-ons and rolls them into one file. Works with Thunderbird too to back up emails etc.

theres a good plugin called foxmarks which keeps a copy all your bookmarks on a server which you download to any computer
