exporting from Mail to Outlook

I have a few years worth of emails that I would like to transfer from my Mac (Mail 5.2) to windows Outlook 2010.

I've tried to google the best way of doing it but its just coming up with exporting from outlook to mail and not vice versa.

Can anybody advise how I can do this please?

Copy your emails from Apple mail into gmail and then use IMAP to connect with Outlook.
