Exporting Outlook Express emails.

Howzit guys.

I need to export all my outlook express emails to Microsoft Outlook that comes with Office 2000. Normally I use, .pst files. However Outlook Express doesn't appear to use this type of file.

Would anyone be able to tell me how I can copy the emails from outlook Express to the Office 2000 outlook?
