Exporting Sim City 4 saved game

I have loked around on google for a while but cant find anything - does anyone know how to export a sim city saved game - ie region? I can find the default regions but not my saved one in explorer. Anyone now whereabouts to find it?

Cheers guys, there was a whole load of work put into a huge region, but my Vista installation got borked.

Have you looked under my documents (Assuming your using XP). If I remember correcetly it saves your regions in mydocuments/simcity4/regions rather then in the maxis folder under programs.
