EXPRESS NEXT DAY COMPUTERS!!! INSTOCK NOW!!!

Man that's tempting, my old HTPC in the living room could use a replacement. Shame there is no HDMI port though. What's the noise like? are they reasonably quiet? assuming they just use basic fans, but I guess I could just buy replacements. Also, possible typo:

Most motherboards can provide sound over DVI nowadays, although I wouldn't swear it with these particular ones - worth asking OcUK though.

flibby, The G530 DOES have H.264 decoding in hardware as far as I'm aware - it just doesn't have the nice filtering (noise removal, sharpening etc), so isn't quite as nice. I believe it still uses the onboard graphics rather than the CPU, though, so shouldn't be ramping up CPU usage too high. I'd still take the AMD for HTPC usage, as it's a far better performer for the usage.

Also, OcUK, PLEASE stop doing things like describing the G530 as "superb" (It's not. It's great bang for buck, but it's not superb) and mentioning "high performance gaming memory" on a system with as much gaming ability as my desk lamp.

I get it, it's marketing - but these things are starting to read like a Dell advert from a magazine. Describe the systems as what they are.

"With the Celeron G530, a fantastic value CPU perfect for office/home use"
"4GB of memory for effortless multitasking"
etc, aren't that different but avoid leaving anyone disappointed. These systems are fantastic value, they really are - and I think most of your customers are smart enough to realise that they're not gonna get a gaming rig for £150 - but adverts with that sort of phrasing are the reason everyone hates Dell, Comet etc, and I don't want them (or me) to hate you for the same thing.

Northern brogue with a bit of a cold, but I see where you're coming from - it's a bit of a rant, a bit anal and perhaps a bit unfair, but I still think I've got a point.
