Extend c ssd to a second?

Is it possible to extend SSD C drive W7 with a second SSD?
Got my nephews pc here and is full to the brim with games etc
Have a spare 500 GB ssd i was thinking of giving him but is it possible to `extend`W7 onto this as he would not use a D drive i am sure (he is not techy)

original SSD is 500GB as well

was hoping there was a quick way to extend the c drive onto the new SSD
