not sure if its a Win 10 problem or a gfx card problem but every time I turn the pc on my second monitor will either be black or start with the desktop extended only to then revert back to one monitor after about 30 seconds.
If I go back into display settings and extend the desktop again it will be fine until I turn the pc off again.
The reason I wonder if its a gfx card issue is I'm running a 2560x1440 monitor from my 7950's display port and a 1920x1080 monitor from the DVI - maybe the card hasn't got enough grunt to do this?
