Hello!

I want to extend my current network in my home to extend my outdoor area. Basically the router to the end of the driveway to the gate is around 30-35 meters away.

And another outdoor area I want it to reach is 10 meters in a different direction.

I don’t think a WiFi mesh system would be enough, but there is power outlets installed in both outdoor areas.

I’ve got 2x TP-Link AC1750 Outdoor WiFi Extender but they can’t be used in a mesh system unless you have a compatible router.

Is there maybe an outdoor antenna that’s Omni to cover both directions to give WiFi coverage?

I’ve found one but it costs about £350, anyone have experience doing such a task?

Do you just want Wireless LAN coverage across your whole property or do you want to link devices at specific locations?

There are loads of Omni 2.4/5GHz antennae, even loads of omni access points, the trick is to mount them high up and as clear from obstructions as possible.

Can you show us on Google maps the area you mean? 1x external access point may do it.

Just need to run 1x ethernet cable to it.
