extending/modifying ones house instead of moving

£2k per m2?!

i was thinking of how much wasted space my loft is in this terraced house. i went up there the other day, it's a huge space! would just need to figure out where to put the staircase

It's coming in at about £20,000.

nice. my only gripe would be the patio doors are a different material to the windows?
