Extending the dvi port?

I know there is a serial extender so that you can get the serial port closer to the stuff you want it connected. Does the same exist for the dvi port?
Due to my rad on the back i have no space to connect 2 monitors an extender would probably solve that.

Do a google search for DVI cable extension. I found one in less than a minute, stateside though. But its a starting point.
