Extention to my 360 HD lead

I am moving my LCD onto the wall now so the HD lead I have bought for my 360 isn't long enough. Is there anyway to extend it?

are you talking about a component cable (red green and blue connectors) or a vga (monitor style) cable?

i think you should be able to get any other componant cable (standard one) and then use three connectors (available from electronics shops) to join the two cables together though you will probably lose a little quality, so go for a decent quality second cable.

i did look for a straight extension cable but it doesn't look like they are a common thing.

For my setup not one of the cables are long enough when I use it upstairs, seems daft to me. Shame really.

You must have good eye sight if your screen
is upstairs and your 360 downstairs
