I know how to use it and connect over LAN, but I've yet to find a succesfull way to connect from outside, for example from my school...

There are 2 problems:

What should I input in the computer name thing? My ip or does that have to go somewhere else?

What ports should I open on my router or what do I have to do on my router to allow incoming connections like this... As I think atm my router is blocking them attempts to connect to myself from outside :p .

Also, would this be possible via hamachi ?
And finally: Is it possible to kind of, without the help of hamachi and such, merge 2 LAN's over eachother through the net, or to connect to connect to my home network from school or from my family or so?

Can anyone perhaps post an example (pic) of how to connect to a computer accross the internet, with a random pc name and ip adress, so i just need to change them 2 to my own name & ip...

Or an ssh tunnel (over port 443) + ultravnc - in case your school/whatever has a firewall which is most likely.

How would I go do this on a school where I do not have admin rights?

Will try so tomoz @ school, or whatever next time I get on one of those pc's.

I assume this will work to both my xp 32 pro and vista x64 ultimate ( offcourse both with remote desktop enabled?) while being on xp 32 pro @ school?

You dont need admin rights for a SSH tunnel, the service basically is running on your machine, port forwards are set on your router at home. Then using a pendrive or similar you start putty and create a tunnel.
