External Floppy Drive Help

So I got my external floppy drive. And I need to flash my bios using it. The thing is, in the BIOS, it recognizes my external FDD as a removable boot device. But after I set my first boot priority to removable device it always gives me the Read Disk Error?

You have any USB Pens removed?
As they are also removable storage.

I don't got usb pen installed. only usb keyboard, mouse and headset.
