Does anyone know of a PCI(-e)-type plate that provides the L-shaped SATA connectors for data and power? I'd like to connect it to an internal SATA socket and internal power connector in order to have full SATA available without having to open the case. I'd consider a 3.5" bay cover as well.
I'll just be clear that I'm not talking about e-SATA.

EDIT: Oh. Well in any case it pops up by searching for "SATA Data & Power Back Plate". Not sure who manufactures these.
