Hi All
Anyways, to put it short - My laptop graphics card is a bit naf and it is underpowered. Anyway so I googled "External graphics card for laptops" and came to an article about PE4H-EC2C DIY ViDock, looks tempting, propper power in a laptop hmmmm. But then after reading I found it only supports laptops with ExpressCard slots, of course I don't have one -_- Anyway back to google with "ExpressCard to USB" and hey I found one *Cant post it due to OCUK rules* but will it work?

Thats what it looks like, but will it work, It would be great if it did as my fps is a bit low.

My guess it would be dog slow as vram going through a USB port is going be at a useless speed..

I sure would not want waste my money on this..

Well, neither slot will give you any meaningful performance due to the data rate of the port.. Probably easier just updating the whole laptop.

So no real way of doing it? I've got spare pcs lying around but they arent powerful enough, is sticking a good graphics card into one of that and routing it to my laptop do-able or is it easier to get a unicorn?
