external joystick & thruster with htc vive

does anyone know how i can set up an external joystick and thruster with the htc vive headeset?

i have tried to contact logitech but they don't answer their emails

It's as simple as plugging them into your PC, installing drivers and mapping buttons. There's no special trick to using peripherals with VR

thanks petey, I wasn't sure if I needed to purchase a couple of trackers so that the htc headset recognises them

No, the headset doesnt care about joysticks, you connect the joystick to your PC and it talks directly to the game, the headset only communicates with the wands it came with (which you dont use with joystick games)
