well this is the external loop now taking shape im having an internal resevoir also as this is just the pump header tank not the main resevoir. ( more volume = more time untill water reaches ambient) with a sealed air header as a buffer and bleedable both at this unit and internally. ( this unit awaits a new modded cover in alluminium which i am getting milled atm.) waiting on a few nice connectors and its ready to go, have tested all the external fans and controls now and have to get some parts to mounts the rads on a new desk that is still being designed but slowly slowy making progress. this is going to be the cpu cooling loop and i have another controll unit im going to mod for the new g cards in the spring. evga classifieds spring to mind if i can get a pair.

rest of system is being housed in a customised desk made from aluminium tubing sheet alluminium and black glass. so tha main pc components will be built into the desk. i will be able also to connect to a chilling unit in the future hope fully will see how the experiment goes.

eventually the parts in the pic will be removed from the current housing and be built into the front glass panel of the desk so at desk level i will have all the readouts and controls for fans and pump speeds etc but thats stage 2

tbh i would like a full width desk back as a rad i could have like 6-8 x 140 horizontal mounted fans and rad with controls at front and a huge water tank.. its still in the design stage so this mod is like stage1 to see if it all hooks up ok my plan is a desk with an sr-x mobo and 2x evga classified water cooled gcards on one side and all the power and coolin stuff at other end of the desl all under a black smoked glass desk top that i can contril from the front panel and have it see thru and lose the desktop / tower . having it open with a modular tray design inside will leave it open to a mixture of form factors.. sort of mountain mods build into a desk

okie still using my old box as a sytem test not got the materials to build my new desk set up yet but loop in place and controls all running well so far

core temp shows values approx 10°c above those on sensors whicj im happy with

took a while to get air out of system tho supprisingly a lot longet with this set up compared to my old one but temps are a lot better and i still got full function of the controls which i can detach and move about thx to the quick connects. i have a spare control unit that is fully functional also so i may try a dual pump (separate pumps) and bigger header tank set up also just for fun in the future will see how i go with this set up first
