External Optial Drive suggestion?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a suggestion regarding an external optical drive. It occurred to me very recently that since upgrading my PC, I now no longer have an optical drive, which is somewhat problematic as I have a shed tonne of music that I want to rip on to my PC.

With that said, are there any considerations I need to make given the required use of the drive?

Preferably I would go for a USB connection as its just easier.

No considerations apart from useage a usb external drive cd dvd rewriter should cost about £20.

So there wont be any 'problems' with using a cheaper model as opposed to a more expensive one?

No garantees but a branded make isnt that much more.
