external options

I am thinking of getting a 360 or even a 480 external radiator to mount under my desk. What would be the perfect partner for my Typhoon 1450s?

I am thinking that quick disconnects would be a good idea incase I choose to move the case. Anybody have any experience with using them?

The reason I am wanting to go external is in order to downsize my case.

Pgi947: That is huge. Worth a look. I see you can buy feet for it, possible but huge. Hmmmm spanner in the works.

inSilica: Hmmmm the XTX is it a full thickness radiator?

Now I'm not sure what to do. I won't need the capacity of the 1080. But the upgrade itch in me says I won't be satisfied without it.

The 480 is the sensible option, smaller footprint. I could vertically mount it out of sight on the desk.

Help really appreciated guys.

this would replace the 240 and 120 to aid the downsizing of my case

I think I am moving toward the 480 with quick disconnects. Any advice as to which to get and quantity.
