I'm thinking about getting the old pebble dash removed off my house and new modern up to date render done in replace. I'm also planning on updating the uPVC windows for new black ones. Which is best to do first, put the new windows in then render, or get the render done first then the windows? Don't really want the new render damaged while they are putting the new windows in.

I think what I'll probably do then is get the pebble dash removed first, then get the new windows in before the new render is done.
Under the pebble dash are normal house bricks as the pebble dashing is not original from when the house was built and was put on much much later. I just don't know who would remove it though, I was thinking the people who do the render would do it but if I'm removing it first before the windows then they might not.
