External SSD on 2015 MBP 13"

Hello, I have a MBP 13" with a 250GB SSD in it. I've bought a 750GB one... which I'd like to connect somehow... what's the best/fastest way to connect it? Thunderbolt or something preferably? (Is that the right connector?)

It's a 6Gb/s one, if that matters. Maybe USB3? - oops didn't think that was SATA3, but apparently it is.

USB 3.0 is the best way. Thunderbolt is an overkill and will be significantly more expensive.
