hi guys, ok ive got my dual screen set up in my office and want to be able to watch tv on one of the screen even if the pc isnt turned on. I would like an external box and the thing has to allow a scart connection to it via s-video or whatever. any other added functions would be good but not essential. If you could help that would be great. I've looked around just cant find anything that meets my critera. the make and model would be great if you know of anything.
