Extra 1Mb Cache Worth £20?

I have a choice of getting an E2200 with 1mb cache or an E4500 with 2mb cache, for £20 more.

Will I see £20 worth of difference? I couldn't care less about benchmarks/encoding times. Just worried about performance in games. Will the 1mb cache be limiting me?

No, it won't, at least my brother's 1 MB cache chip works perfectly fine

I've just built a celeron E1200 set-up, can't tell the difference between that and another E2160 one I've done lol, well in normal use

apparently it'll help in games, but frankly, i'm super happy qwith my superclocking 2160..

i wouldn't do it...

Game performence wont suffer much, you'd notice diference in encoding but as you said you dont care bout that so save £20 and get yourself a game for that.
