Just wondering, currently using a Hiper 580watt Type-R, and all the power outputs are taken by:

2x120MM case fans
1xATI 1950pro
1xOptical Drive
1xHDD
1xMobo connector (gigabyte ds3 965p)

I'm looking to purchase another case fan for extra CPU / Northbridge cooling but have no power outlets to run it off. Also would like to put another optical drive in and maybe another HDD.

Surely the PSU is capable of this, its just the question of are there available splitting cables? (ie 1HDD power adapter to two)

Also wondered if it was possible to run a fan off the northbridge output, as currently it is unused.

Cheers

that seems strange my tagan 480w has close to 8 molex and 3 or 4 sata connectors, anyway you can get splitters, btw isnt that PSU modular?
