Hello, please could anyone tell me if putting a rad over the intake fan into my case would be a bad idea?
I currently have a 120.3 rad at the top of my case expelling the air and i used to fit a 120.1 onto the back of the case over to top rear fan expelling air through the rad. I just want to tidy up the case a little though and the only place i can see to fit it into the case would be over the front bottom intake fan.
Im only running a i5 8570k and a 9750 EK FC through the loop so it should keep the water temp pretty low anyway, but i figure if i can get that extra rad in it will keep things even quieter.
My only concern is that the only air coming into the system now will be the 120.1 rad and the HD Bay fan which will both be pumping in warm air.
Cheers again.
