Extra RAM

Hey guys,

My mate has an ASUS Rampage Extreme 2 mobo I think, but he's only got 4 gig of ram and it seems to suffer when playing games like SWTOR and BF3

He's got a decent GFX card so don't have to worry about that but would like an extra 4gb of ram to help performace while he saves for his upgrade.

Anyone got any ideas of what would be good for him?

Cool any suggestion on what sticks to go for? Not overly sure what that board will support tbh

Would this be suitable? As I'm thinking he can use this in his new build too!

On looking at the board further the Mobo that he has is this. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/Rampage_Extreme/

Would it still fit in that?
