Extracting drivers

Hi all,

Is there a piece of (preferably free) software which will interrogate the hardware in a pc and download or extract the current drivers from the system?

Have a look on Hirens Boot CD as i'm sure there was one on there last time i looked, alternativly you can get something like:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/drvback/

Personally just prefer to go to manafactures website and download all of the drivers you need for your hardware and pop it on a CD for when you need it

Yeah Im being lazy, my sister has asked me to reinstall windows so was hoping I could just pull them out

Free version of Driver Max will do this..
