Extracting music files from individual folders into one folder?

I have about 15 gig of music files on my computer and I would like to extract them all into one folder as they are in individual folders by the artist/group name.

Anyway of extracting them all without going into each folder and copy and pasting them into the folder?

search at the root folder. then you can highlight and copy/move files from the results window.

What OS? In Vista/7 you can use kind:music in the search function.
