Extracting Sky Router passwords

Need help extracting username and password from my rubbish sky router so i can use my nice shinny new one.

What is the best and easiest way to do this as i have not got a clue and google just brings up loads of different suggestions

If there's a 'backup config' option, do that then look through the resulting text file
