Extreme Gamer - Good & Bad

My extreme gamer arrived today - must say i am disapointed and pleased with it.

Disapointed that i can not tell any difference between my old Audigy 2ZS and the Extreme Gamer on either my Sennheiser Cans or AEGO M speakers in games or music

however

Pleased that i can once again use the front audio ports on my case that feature alone makes the card worth its money

Indeed, the front port header was a big plus for me too.

I however went from onboard AC97 to the X-Fi Gamer so it was a far better upgrade for me.

well 24 hours later and ok i am going to eat my words

the sound quality is amazing the crystaliser adds so much to my mp3's but its the XFi games such as BF2142 where the difference is astounding.......

gun shots will never be the same again......

what games have dedicated XFi support?
