Extremely [annoyed]

Hi guys i have no idea where to post this so i will do it here! Im trying to buy my new pc from the main site but i keep getting this stupid "Verified Visa" page come up and i cant remember my password and it's not letting me request another one! But it says using the "Verified Visa" is optional but i cant find away to carry on with my order? Would OcUK take my order over the phone or am i just screwed?

Is it referring to the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card/full bankers card?

It's only optional if your bank allows it to be, and if it asks for a password you must have registered previously, so it's definitley not going to optional.

You should really speak to your bank and get it sorted out as it will cause you more problems in he long run, but if you place the order by phone it won't be a problem as phone orders cannot use verified by visa (has to be online so you can communicate with your banks servers).
