Purchased a NZXT Phantom 410 from OcUK on March 2013.
After 1 year of moderate usage, almost all of the plastic panels on this case has degraded and cracked. (incl. top panel & bottom panels)
As it is outside warranty with OcUK, I send in a support ticket to NZXT.
No response for a whole month.
Then I posted onto their NZXT Facebook page to try to get attention.
After 2 posts in 2 weeks, finally a staff from them emailed me, and saying that he will be dealing with the problem for me and closed the ticket on the support system.
Again 2 weeks since this guy's last reply, and he hasn't replied to any of my 3 emails that I sent.
The weird thing is - now I cannot post on NZXT facebook page
Nice strategy to keep only positive comments on their facebook page
Poor customer service? I don't know.
I only know I am a customer who gets ignored
Wish there is a NZXT vendor rep to try to explain this ignorance
