Extremely SLOW internet speeds :/

Two things.

1. It could be the bell wire needs removing in your telephone sockets? I once did it and it does make a big difference. Just be careful before doing it, and take out the right wire. The wire needs to be removed in all your telephone sockets, as it causes interference.

2. I would suggest going with BT Infinity, as they will send round an engineer who will sort out the wiring in your house. Maybe not for the entire house, but they will fit a new master socket, and you will see infinity speeds.

However my money is on the internal wiring in your house.

Your line and everything is clearly fine especially with your IP profile being so good
The only reason is could be slow is between the hub and your computer which you say it isn't which can only mean its your ISP slowing you down so you need to give them a *******ing! :)

Just want to say thank you to all of you for all your help and advice :D
Removed the Bell Wire from my master socket and got a 3Mb speed increase!
I'm happy with this for now until I switch provider :D

Thanks all again :)

If there are no LLU providers at his exchange, there is no chance of fibre coming for years yet.

3Mb sync speed increase?

Please post new router stats.

Well I did a test before I removed the wire and got about 2mbps after removing the wire it went straight up to 5.3Mbps
Here are new router stats btw (Taken at peak time)

I don't think it will have made a difference. Sync speed hasn't changed and IP profile was already 6Mb/s. You need a better ISP.
