Anybody tried one of these?

Got an 8gb Pro X2 as a present the other day and the idea is great, but I can't get the thing working.

Working with their Customer support team at the moment who seem good, but it takes a couple of days per time to get a response, which makes things rather slow.

Anybody tried one and had difficulties but got them resolved? Seems like it's working, judging by the log, but nothing is appearing on my laptop or online. :(

are you just connecting these to a camera that takes SD Cards? not using any adapters or anything.

Have you tried searching for a solution on the net? I dont have one but I've been looking into getting one and found quite a few youtube videos showing how to use it effectively.

Yeah, to a D5100. I've set it up on my laptop, it recognises the Wi-Fi network, I've associated my Flickr account with it but it refuses to do anything wirelessly. As soon as I plug the SD card into the adaptor it's recognised by the software and starts throwing things online, but anything directly from the camera won't work.

The log says it's got an IP address from my router and is uploading the files at about 1 a minute... to somewhere, my it doesn't seem to be anywhere I can see. :o

Yes I have exactly the same card you have and it works well although a little slow I use it with my iPad and shutter snitch customer support was ok getting my card working but found best help advice on the eye Fi forum they helped getting it working in direct mode .
