Eyefinity 3rd monitor not recognised.

Hey

Well as the title says in the AMD VISION engine control center it can only recognise 2 of my displays, it only see's the 2 monitors running on the dvi ports on my 6950, my third monitor is on and active display port to dvi.

Here's what CCC is showing.

Sure, it is a Sapphire 44000-02-40R Active Display Port DVI Cable

Have you tried swapping over the connections to see if you have an issue with the adapter or a monitor?

Also, would you be able to remove that competitor link (maybe just replace it with the make and model number of the item).

Ok, so i swapped the cable from the DP to DVI and plugged that into one of the monitors that was working before and then plugged the DVI into the one that wasn't and now the one on the DP to DVI line is not working and cannot be recognised.

So basicly any monitor that i plug the DP to DVI cable into doesn't work.

Ok i can now use a monitor with the DP but when i plug the third screen in one of the other 3 turn off so only 2 are working

Are you sure? when i just use one screen running off the adapter it works fine, and i only have a spare passive one.
